I am a Portland Native, and was raised here, graduated from Linfield College with a BA in Humanities, and love the Pacific Northwest. The Greater Portland Metro area is so special, and I cannot wait to help people find a place to call home in this amazing place! While I'm not at the office or out with clients, you can find me running races, scuba diving, teaching dance fitness classes, and traveling. I currently reside in a renovated 1904 farm house in West Linn with husband of 15 years– Steve Runyan, our two children, and German Shepherd.

As first time home buyers relocating to a new city, we had a lot to learn about both the home buying process, Portland market and neighborhood landscape. She was a great educator - and dedicated many hours to our family whether that was touring us through new neighborhoods, answering ALL the questions (we had a lot!) or guiding us through the offer process. When our family decided to relocate from California to the Portland area, we were connected with Jeannine through a referral.
